About Facilitated Training

Introducing the founder and Chief Learning Officer of Facilitated Training

Facilitated Training is the brainchild of Colleen Condon — one of Asia Pac’s most accomplished learning and development professionals. Having trained thousands of employees, managers and business owners over the years, she has developed an approach to curated training that saves a variety of organisations money, time and a lot of hard work.

She has performed training department reviews in Seoul, facilitated regional planning programmes in Mumbai and deployed leadership initiatives in the likes of New Zealand, Australia and Singapore.

Having designed, curated and produced training materials for blue-chip companies such as Westpac Bank, Bank of Melbourne, Sodexo, Repco and CGU Insurance, Colleen has repeatedly demonstrated her ability to deliver facilitated training programmes in an efficient, cost-effective way.

While Colleen is humble in her approach to learning and development, her list of qualifications and achievements speaks for itself.

  • People Centre Implementation (Change Management) (PCI) 2001
